台達電子文教基金會『壁報論文競賽』獎學金獎勵辦法
Scholarship Award Policy
I. Purpose | 設立宗旨
In response to environmental challenges such as climate change, Delta Electronics Foundation has been involved in biodiversity since 2020, with a focus on coral ecosystems. This scholarship is jointly promoted by the Delta Electronics Foundation and the Taiwan Coral Reef Society. Through this collaboration, we aim to encourage outstanding students from various fields to continue contributing to coral conservation, restoration, and related research under climate change.
面對氣候變遷等環境挑戰,台達電子文教基金會自2020年投入生物多樣性領域,並以珊瑚生態系為出發點。本獎學金由台達電子文教基金會與台灣珊瑚礁學會共同推動,期望透過合作,鼓勵各領域優秀學生持續貢獻於氣候變遷下的珊瑚保育、復育及相關研究。
II. Awards | 獎助內容
- Outstanding Poster Award: 1 winner (NT$10,000 per winner) | 傑出壁報獎1名 (新台幣1萬元/名)
- Excellent Poster Award: 2 winners (NT$5,000 per winner) | 優良壁報獎2名 (新台幣5千元/名)
III. Eligibility | 申請資格
- Participants must be doctoral or master's students currently enrolled in domestic universities or graduates with a master's or doctoral degree within two years.
申請者須為國內大專院校之在學博士生或碩士生,或為畢業不超過兩年的碩、博士畢業生。 - Participants should be engaged in coral conservation or restoration-related research
申請者應從事珊瑚保育或復育相關領域的研究。
III. Submission Guidelines | 投稿規定
- Each participant can submit only one poster. 每人限投一篇稿件
- Size: Portrait A0 (841mm × 1189mm) 尺寸:直式A0(841mm × 1189mm)
- Content: The poster should be written in English and must include the title, author's name, institution, research objectives, methods, results, conclusions, references, charts, and figures.
內容:以英文撰寫為原則,須包含標題、作者姓名、單位、研究目的、方法、結果與結論、參考文獻、圖表等。
- The submitted poster must not have been awarded any prizes in other academic competitions or awards. If it is found that the same poster has been submitted to and awarded in other competitions, the participant will be disqualified.
參賽論文不得為曾在其他學術競賽、獎項或比賽中獲得獎項的作品。若發現參賽者已經將同一論文提交並在其他比賽中獲得獎項,將取消其參賽資格,並視情況進行處理。 - If plagiarism, misappropriation, or any form of academic misconduct is detected, the participant will be disqualified, regardless of the preliminary evaluation results. The Organizers reserve the right to request original data or research processes for review and may pursue legal actions if necessary.
若發現論文存在抄襲、剽竊或任何形式的學術不端行為,無論其是否經過初步評選,都將立即取消其參賽資格。主辦單位將有權要求參賽者提供原始數據或研究過程以進行審核,並保留法律追訴權。
- Complete the submission details and upload the abstract file, then submit.
至網站線上報名投稿區,填寫專用表單,詳細填寫投稿資料並上傳摘要檔案,按確定送出。 - Successful submissions will receive a confirmation email for the first author and corresponding author. Alternatively, participants can check the website to confirm that the file has been successfully uploaded.
投稿成功者,第一作者作者會收到投稿成功email。或請至網站確認檔案有上傳成功。 - Participants must print and prepare their own posters. Please check in at the venue by 10:30 AM, August 21, 2025 (Thursday) and post the poster at the designated location according to the assigned number.
壁報由參賽者自行製作並列印輸出,請於2025年8月21日(星期四)上午10:30 前至會場完成報到,並依編號位置張貼完畢。
V. Submission Deadline|投稿截止日
- From now until July 16, 2025 (Wednesday), 23:59. Late submissions will not be accepted.
即日起至2025年7月16日(三) 23:59止
VI. Evaluation Criteria | 評選內容
- The submissions will be reviewed by a panel of experts and scholars. The evaluation will be based on the following criteria: poster layout (30%), clarity of content (30%), research findings (20%), and impact and practical value (20%).
由專家學者進行評審,評分項目為壁報編排 (30%)、內容表達 (30%)、研究成果 (20%)、影響力與應用價值 (20%)等。 - Submissions that are aligned with issues such as climate change and sustainable development are particularly encouraged.
以能夠與氣候變遷、永續發展議題結合者為佳。 - Awards will be given to top-ranking papers based on the total evaluation scores.
得分由高至低排序,決定出獲獎之優秀論文。
